What's the difference between Basic, Premium and Premium+?
All three get the same crew and the same care, with before and after photos on file, and every customer gets the full customer portal: your schedule, service history, photos and requests. Premium adds hand-pulled bed weeding every visit. Premium+ also includes a spring and a fall cleanup and priority rescheduling after rain delays.
Do I need to be home for service?
Generally, no. R-DUB'S Lawn Care will need safe access to the areas being serviced, including any gates or fenced portions of the property.
What happens if it rains?
Rain, saturated turf or unsafe weather may delay service. The goal is to avoid damaging the lawn or creating unsafe working conditions.
How does recurring mowing work?
Recurring customers are placed on a weekly or bi-weekly route. Over time, R-DUB'S Lawn Care also becomes familiar with the property's access, obstacles and service preferences.
Can I change or skip a visit?
Call or text R-DUB'S Lawn Care when something needs to change. Whenever possible, provide at least 24 hours' notice.
How do I see my service history?
Every customer gets a customer portal: open the link R-DUB'S Lawn Care sends you, or go to rdubslawncare.com/customer and sign in with your phone number and your access code or password. You'll see your schedule, service history, photos and invoices. There is no app to download. You can also call or text R-DUB'S Lawn Care any time.
How do quote codes work?
When we prepare a quote for you, we send a link and a short 5-character code. Enter the code on the quote page to see your quote, accept it, decline it or ask us a question. Codes never use 0, 1, O, I or L, so they are easy to type from your door hanger or text. Lost your code? The same page can text it to you.
Is joining the 2027 interest list a confirmed appointment?
No. It gives R-DUB'S Lawn Care your basic information for follow-up as the 2027 launch approaches. Service, route placement and pricing are not confirmed until agreed upon directly.
