Terms of Service
Effective October 11, 2026 (updated October 12, 2026)
These terms apply to your use of rdubslawncare.com, our customer portal, and the lawn care and property services provided by R-DUB'S LAWN CARE LLC ("R-DUB'S", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote, signing up for service, or using our site, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide residential lawn care and related seasonal property services, such as mowing, cleanup and, when offered, snow removal. The services included are the ones described in your quote, plan or package when you sign up. Prices, schedules and what is included may change with notice.
Quotes and scheduling
Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us about your property. We may adjust a quote if the property differs from what was described. Service dates are targets and can shift for weather, equipment or safety. We'll tell you when we change a visit.
Access to your property
You agree to give our crew safe access on service days, including unlocking gates and securing pets. Please clear toys, hoses, rocks and other objects from the lawn. We aren't responsible for damage to items we couldn't reasonably see, or to hidden hazards such as unmarked sprinkler heads, cables or pipes.
Payment
You agree to pay for services as described in your quote or plan. Payments are processed by our payment processor. Late or failed payments may lead to paused service until your account is current.
Changes and cancellation
You can ask to change or cancel service by contacting us, and the terms of your plan apply. Please contact us as early as you can so we can adjust the schedule.
Our responsibility
We perform our work with reasonable care. If you aren't happy with a visit, contact us within a few days and we'll work to make it right. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the visit in question, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Text message terms
Program: R-DUB'S Lawn Care service texts.
- What you'll get: quotes you asked for, appointment reminders, "crew is on the way" notices, job-complete messages, schedule and weather changes, snow-service heads-ups, payment links and receipts, portal sign-in codes, and replies to your questions. These are service messages, not promotions.
- How you opt in: by checking the consent box next to your phone number on our quote form or in your customer portal, which means you agree to receive automated service texts from R-DUB'S LAWN CARE LLC (R-DUB'S Lawn Care). We never check the box for you.
- Message frequency varies with your service schedule (up to a few messages per visit). Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you. You may get one message confirming that you've opted out. Reply START, YES, UNSTOP or DUBS to opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP, email info@rdubslawncare.com, or call 269-579-4700.
- Not a condition of service: you don't have to agree to receive texts to buy services from us.
- Wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We don't share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Your account
If you have a customer portal account, keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You're responsible for activity under your account.
Website use
Please use our site and portal lawfully and don't try to disrupt or break into them. The R-DUB'S name, logo and site content belong to us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
